Spot Check!
Zuma Beach has been repaved at the far north end.
It's smooth and pretty flat. When I rode it, the pavement was brand new and still a little soft, so it was a bit slow. They put some sealer over the rest of the lot so the other section is a bit smoother than before.

Richard finally got the Civic running. So now he has some time to ride again.
